Crow Hole
This is a narrative about detachment and maybe even attachment. When people go away, do they see you? Think of you? Visit you in a subconscious way. You know that saying; “Did you feel your ears tingle?” When someone said they had been talking about you.
That’s a type of visiting this painting reflects.
“You can curse the dead or pray for them, but don’t expect them to do a thing for you. They’re far too interested in watching us, to see what in heaven’s name we will do next.”
